This is a 6-week course designed to take you through the basics of a yoga practice. You will meet for 1 class each week. You will learn how to sit for meditation, how the breath works, and the basic form of standing, seated and supine yoga postures. This class gives you a solid foundation for a yoga practice with practical daily application.This series runs from May 26 - July 7th. New students may register thru June 2nd.
Classes are Tuesdays 7 - 8:15 pm
This 6 week series has a break the week of June 16.
