Ease into deep rest with supportive postures to release tension and restore balance to your body and mind.
What to Expect:
In this restorative practice, we move slowly and intentionally, using props, blankets, and gentle guidance to help your body fully let go. Each posture is held for several minutes, giving your nervous system time to unwind and shift out of survival mode into a place of true restoration.
You can expect soothing stillness, spacious breath, dim lighting, and a room designed for comfort and ease. This class is especially supportive if you’re carrying stress, fatigue, emotional heaviness, or simply craving a moment to feel held rather than pushed.
By the end, you’ll feel lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself—
as if your body finally had permission to exhale.
