Have you always wanted to try yoga but didn’t know your Downward Dog from your Cobra? Join me for a 3-week deep dive into the world of yoga. This isn't just a yoga routine; it’s an education designed to give you the confidence to step into any yoga class in the world, and set you up for your Yoga journey.
Over three consecutive 90-minute Saturdays, we will cover:
•The Why: A gentle introduction to Yoga Philosophy and the different styles of yoga (so you know your Yin from your Vinyasa)
•The Breath: Introduction to Breathwork (Pranayama) to calm the mind and energize the body.
•The Physical: Learn and practice the most commonly used postures with a focus on safe alignment for your body.
•The Toolkit: How to use Yoga props to make your yoga practice accessible and comfortable.
•The Flow: Understanding how a typical class runs, from the opening "Om" to the final relaxation.
When: 3 Consecutive Saturdays on: Saturday 4, 11 & 18 April 2026
Time: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM (90 mins of immersion)

Parking: There is free parking at the venue
