This class will run through the fundamental reformer pilates moves using the foundation principals of control, precisions, alignment and concentration.
The foundation class will help you refine your practice, technique to ensure you get the most out of other reformer classes which may be more challenging.
Expect an all over body workout to suit your ability. Instructors will offer adjustments where needed.
Simply choose your reformer machine for the 45 minute workout and you'll be lead by one of our amazing qualified instructors.
NEWBIE? No worries, just arrive for class a few minutes early and an instructor will take you through the basics.
