Contemporary dance is a fantastic way to find balance between strength and fluidity and challenge the way in which we navigate through space. It creates an awareness of our emotional connection to movement, is a fantasic physical work out, with many more benefits! Come play...
These two casual classes are designed to introduce you to the basics of contemporary dance and/or gently get the bodying moving into the start of the year.
Curious Mover courses are open to all adults 18+ , whether you have some experience or have never stepped foot in a studio before. The class content is aimed at a beginner level with the opportunity to continue your practice in future courses.

$21 (plus booking fee)
