I’m so excited to announce our Beginner Canning Class May 15, 2026 6-8 PM! We will go over the basics of water bath canning and pressure canning. We will llmake strawberry jam together and go over the different types of sugars and pectins. You will leave confident and ready to start your canning journey. The cost is $65 per person and includes a canning guide, a jar of jam and my favorite pectin that will make 22 pints of jam! Join us for a fun filled informational night! Space is limited and preregistration is requires.
