What to Expect (1.5 Hours)
• Welcome & Introductions
We’ll start by settling in, meeting each other, and setting a relaxed, friendly vibe.
• Energy-Boosting Warm-Up (10-15 mins)
A light cardio warm-up to raise your energy, get your body moving, and prepare you to dance.
• Learn the Basics of Bhangra
You’ll be guided through core Bhangra steps at a beginner-friendly pace.
• Learn a Simple Bhangra Choreography
We’ll combine the steps into a fun, easy-to-follow routine set to a Bhangra song.
• Dance Video Recording
You’ll record the final choreography and take home a video of yourself dancing — a great keepsake and confidence booster.
• Cool Down, Debrief & Social Time
We’ll wind down together with a short cool-down, reflection, and time to chat, mingle, and connect.
