This course focuses on building confidence, mobility, and ease in a way that feels supportive. With an emphasis on nervous system regulation and slowing down, you’ll learn how to move in a way that works with your body, not against it.
Led by a yoga teacher in training, classes are thoughtfully paced with clear guidance, creating a relaxed and welcoming space to learn and explore.
