These yoga classes are beginner-friendly and usually themed to promote self-discovery. They often begin with a guided meditation and end with a short gratitude practice. All are welcome! Wear comfortable clothing. Equipment will be provided. Classes are being led by Chelsea No, the CEO and founder of CollectiveSELF, a wellness platform focused on mindfulness, love, abundance, authenticity, and healing. In 2022, she left her marketing job to pursue her vision of collective healing, leading to the creation of CollectiveSELF. A certified yoga teacher and poet, she also creates art from recycled materials and grows her own food.
