✨ Hydration: Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
✨ Comfort: Wear comfy clothes. We now offer comfortable mats and blankets for you to use at the center.
Important Note: If this is your first experience at the Center, please ensure you arrive by 7:00 PM and no later than 7:10 PM, as the door will lock at that time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late arrivals, as no one will be available to open the door after 7:10 PM.
