Beginner Yoga 4-Week Series Starting October 2nd

4-week series breaking down the fundamentals of yoga in a friendly and welcoming environment.
Please make sure you are signing up for the whole series upon the first booking. This series starts on 10/2, no credits will be offered for joining late.

My goal is to meet you where you are and learn something new. I want you to experience yoga in a new light, without pressure, and end up loving being on your yoga mat. Together we will learn and discuss- what is yoga, the benefits of yoga, vocabulary of yoga, poses and proper positioning, and breathwork. We can't wait to see you on your mat!
This series starts on October 2nd at 7:30pm and runes for 4-weeks. The rate for all 4 classes is $48. There are no refunds on sessions but if you can't make one session we still encourage you to sign up and we can credit you a class for yoga in the future. Monthly Unlimited Members can use their membership but are encouraged to come to all classes.

Bio:
I have been practicing yoga for 12 years during a time where I needed a place to focus, breathe and move. At this time I was an avid long distance runner and needed to find some relief to physical and emotional pain. If you understand where I am coming from, you will know that I found my peace on my mat and I found my people. Yoga and my yoga community has been my therapy. My profession as an RN for the past 23 years was always taking care of others and teaching. Now, my goal is to promote preventative care and healthy behaviors. My family and their health (physical and emotional) are what keeps me motivated every day.
