These are small groups that will meet weekly for 8-weeks for personal training. The trainers create plans that focus on building muscle and educate you on lifting weights. Anyone can sign up and reserve a spot. You must sign up for the first week, and choose to book the series' duration. There are no refunds, which cannot be applied to other classes or series. This specific series focuses on building strength and improving mobility. Designed for anyone wanting to concentrate on muscle growth, enhance function strength and increase flexibility.
