Tai Chi BeginnersFridays from April 26th - June 7th 5:30-6:30 pm (No class May 17 Victoria Day)
Tai Chi is a practice that develops the smooth and powerful flow of Chi energy throughout the body. The connection between the inner and outer self is felt through the gentle, precise, and energizing orchestration of breath with movement.
The one hour of practice will consist of simple Qigong movements, which involve breath and movement exercises as a warm-up and cool down within the comprehensive Tai Chi session.
Reduce stress, improve focus, sleep, posture, arthritic pain & boost energy.
6 week introduction with instructor: Andrea Siqueira
Minimum class size required, please book in advance.
