Take the first steps on your sourdough journey as you join Melina, from Sourdough Simplified, in this beginner workshop. You will learn how to maintain your starter as well as make your own loaf, ready to bake the next day!
You will receive a booklet with detailed, step by step instructions and recipes, as well as a fresh sourdough starter, dehydrated starter, bowl, dough, proofing basket, scoring blade and notebook.
You will have an opportunity to sample sourdough bread, chocolate bread and focaccia.
