Beginner Sourdough Workshop
Join us for an intimate, hands-on workshop where we dive into the timeless art of sourdough. In this 2.5-hour session, you’ll learn the core fundamentals of artisan bread baking, from understanding fermentation and maintaining a healthy starter to the techniques of mixing and handling dough.
Whether you’re just starting your journey or looking to troubleshoot your bakes, this class is designed to give you the confidence to create beautiful loaves at home. You’ll leave with everything you need to start baking immediately, including the tools, the dough, and my personal step-by-step guides!
What’s Included in Your Workshop Kit:
• Baking Tools: 1 Mixing Bowl, 2 Bannetons (Proofing Baskets), a Danish Dough Whisk, Silicone Spatula, and a Bench Scraper.
• Your own active Sourdough Starter in a glass jar.
• 2 Sourdough loaves that we will mix in class for you to take home and bake.
• My comprehensive workshop handouts featuring a step-by-step process and my signature recipe.
