Beginner Sourdough Classes in Eau Claire, WI on March 11,12,13,14& 15!!!
I teach a very simplified process that anyone can do and have a very low maintenance starter. So you only feed when you want to bake. It takes the high stress out of daily feedings and lots of discard. I know you will leave feeling confident about making sourdough yourself. Learn how to make the most healthy bread on this planet and bread that you can enjoy without guilt. I’ve taught over 1000 people so I have lots of experience and lots of happy students. The class is 2 hours long and cost is $49/person due at time of signing up. Address and more details are sent 1 weeks before class and then 24 hours before your class. You leave with your own starter and a detailed recipe and instructions for making your own bread. You will watch the whole process start to finish so nothing is left out. Then you will get to taste the fresh bread we bake in class before leaving.
