Tournament Rules:
Three Games
Format will be Determined upon Number of Teams Registered
A minimum of 8 and max of 16 teams will be registered
All Players Must Sign a Waiver before the First Game of the Tournament
Must be 18 years old to participate, please bring your license and present it at check in
Length of Periods: 3 – 12 minute stop time periods. After a 6 goal lead, running time will occur
Penalties: 1 1/2 minutes (minor), 4 minute (major), 8 minute (misconduct)
Overtime: 8 minute overtime, 4 vs 4 skaters, sudden victory. If still tied after the overtime period, there will be a shootout.
All Players Must Wear Helmets
Five Minute Warm-up Prior to Game Start
No checking is allowed
Zam after every two periods
Slapshot will not be penalized, but will result in a face-off in the defending zone.
Three minor penalties or two major penalties by one player will result in his disqualification from the game. Fighting will result in game disqualifications will also result in tournament disqualification.
No controlled substances will be tolerated.
Beer will be served at the Hayward Sports Center in the lobby area. NO other alcoholic beverages will be allowed.
Intoxicated players will not be allowed on the ice and officials have the authority to disqualify any player for this reason. A team will be assessed a bench penalty for each person disqualified.
Must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol.
Officials’ decisions will be final.

Tournament Schedule will be emailed to person registering the team with this form on March 16th
