Starting the series over once again, we'll be hiking off trail starting at the north end of Nebo Ridge. We'll head east towards the orienteering course and Oak Ridge, then head back making a loop. Distance will be about 5 miles each day, and we can average about 1 mph along the route if not slower. We will be dispersed camping, so bring a smaller shelter if you don't want to spend a lot of time preparing a site. More details to come, and more events to follow of progressing difficulty.I will most likely be out every weekend around the area before the undergrowth starts coming up. But leaving every other weekend open for rain delays. So if these dates don't work I'll be out every weekend of March, maybe longer day hikes to scout and get back in hiking shape for a busy year if I don't have any setbacks.
