This is a CHAOS FRIENDLY CLASS!
Baby carrying encouraged! There will be different options of intensity.
MUMMAS:
Doctors clearance required - minimum 6 weeks post delivery for natural delivery and minimum 12 weeks for c-section delivery. Make sure you read the babywearing safety guidelines at checkout!
Now I'm no dance teacher, just a gal that LOVESSSS line dancing and it seems everyone else does too so i wanted to create a space for everyone to learn and have fun together.
Western attire encouraged. Boots or sneakers recommended, no sandals/thongs. Bring your water bottles!
