A fun, friendly class perfect for those venturing into kickboxing for the first time or those returning to Martial Arts after a break.The 8 weekly Monday sessions run concurrently from Monday the 12th January and will introduce you to the world of kickboxing, teaching you how to kick and punch correctly and effectively.
