Beginner Knitting Series
Have you always wanted to learn how to knit? Join Kelly for this welcoming 4-week beginner series designed to teach you the fundamentals in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Over four Sundays, you’ll learn how to:
- Cast on
- Knit and purl stitches
- Cast off
- Start building confidence reading your stitches
Already know the basics? Feel free to bring a project, and we’ll help you get started or unstuck.
Schedule: 4 Sundays, April 12, 19, 26 and May 3.
Cost: $80 for the full 4-week series
Materials: Please bring:
- Size 8 knitting needles (straight or circular)
- Light-colored worsted weight yarn (look for a “4” on the label)
A light, solid color yarn works best for seeing your stitches clearly as you learn.
Alternatively, you may pay a $20 materials fee to the instructor at the beginning of the first class, and all necessary materials will be provided.
