[Beginner] Kimono-Dressing & Traditional Dance Workshop in Tokyo 85

Learn how to wear a kimono or yukata, and how to dance to the sound of well-known traditional Japanese folk songs (or famous summer festival songs).

Sasazuka Kumin Kaikan, 4th floor (笹塚区民会館)

Door opens at 14:15

* Workshop:
1- Starting at 14:30
Learn how to wear a yukata (summer kimono)
* We will lend you a yukata and all the necessary accessories.
(You only need to bring a t-shirt to wear under.
2- Starting at 15:30
Learn how to dance 'Tanko Bushi' and 'Aizu Bandaisan', two songs that are popular at 'bon odori' events (summer festivals).
* The workshop will be in English and in Japanese.
* You can participate to the workshop for ¥3000.
