Feeling like you need to try something new, exciting & challenging?Our Inversion Series is just what you need!
Join Caity for our workshops every second Saturday up until the 11th of April 2026.
These workshops for those who are new to inversions, want to challenge themselves or perhaps work on some foundations of inversions in an intimate group setting.
Limited to 10 spaces per workshop you will be provided with years of knowledge condensed into 90-minute workshops, tried and tested drills to strengthen and of course, safely and confidently head upside down.
You can attend one workshop or all of them, but spaces are limited to 10 people per workshop.
Investment is $20 per 90 minute workshop.
