Learn all of the Foundation Exercises in a small group of your peers! The class covers the commands Heel, Sit, Stand, Down, Come, Stay, Place, and teaches you how to use these skills to redirect and replace bad behaviors.
This six week group class will take place indoors at our Millersville location (1526 C Jabez Run Rd). It starts Thurs, 3/26 at 7pm. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG TO THE FIRST CLASS.

Methodology & Equipment: We utilize balanced training techniques, which are a blend of positive reinforcement through food, praise, and play to teach and reward the dog, along with pressure/release cues using a slip leash to reinforce desired responses. This creates a positive learning experience for the dog while providing the communication system needed to build reliability around distractions. Group classes need a minimum of 4 students to proceed. Classes with low attendance will be cancelled prior to the start of class, and payment will be refunded in full to any enrolled students.
Leash Free Living reserves the right to reschedule classes due to inclement weather. In such cases, students will be notified via e-mail at least two hours prior to class. Unless otherwise noted, the make up session will be added on the week following the end of class, at the same date and time.
Leash Free Living reserves the right to remove students or dogs that are disruptive to the group class. Any remaining class credits can be applied towards a different training program.
Unenrollment from a group class is 100% refundable if requested at least 72 hours prior to the start of class. After that point, Group Classes are non-refundable or transferable.
We do not offer make-up sessions for group classes. Group Class students can schedule a 30 minute private session at our facility with an apprentice trainer to cover missed material ($50).
