This 2-hour taster session takes place on the calm waters of Cheshunt Lake and is perfect for complete beginners or anyone wanting to build confidence on the water. You’ll learn basic paddling skills, steering and safety whilst enjoying time outdoors with a friendly group of women.
All equipment is provided and sessions are led by professional qualified instructors who are also trained Outdoor First Aiders, helping you feel safe and supported throughout the session.
