Learn all of the beginner buttercream skills with Jasmin Bell Smith of Bells Pastries in this comprehensive 3.5-hour workshop.
In this class you will learn professional techniques for building and decorating multi-layer cakes.
You will learn to torte and assemble a sturdy cake, prepare Swiss Meringue Buttercream, achieve smooth finishes, and pipe uniform borders. We will also cover color theory and how to create vibrant hues using gel food coloring.
Every participant will take home a fully decorated two-layer cake.
