Join us the September Beginner Bellydance session - purposeful Props! In Beginner, no experience is needed, and we go through the basic moves such as hip drops, bumps, undulations, and shimmies. However, each session is different, and in this 4 week session, we will begin to work with the fun damentals (emphasis on FUN!) of two essentail props for American style bellydance, the finger cymbals and veil!
You do not have to purchase a veil, as Elianae will bring extras. Elianae will send all registered dancers info on where to purchase finger cymbals.
No matter what your level, brushing up on the basics and becoming comfortable with prop work is good for you! Props enhance your dancing, and having a strong foundation is key to feeling confident and getting more out of your dance experience!

Tuesday, 9/9 - 9/30, 6-7pm at the La Vista Community Center. Cost - $40.00, 4 weeks, or $15 drop-in (one class). There are no punch cards or refunds; it is the student's responsibility to attend and make the class sessions. Classes are cumulative, meaning we learn combinations and choreographies, and students need to attend class regularly to learn the steps and not fall behind.
