Beginner & Advanced Sewing Class
May Wednesday Afternoons
Taught by Stitching Change
For anyone in the community, age 12 and up.
$7 per session or $18 for all three weekly sessions.
Wednesday Afternoons, 1:00-4:00pm
May 6th, 13th & 20th
The 3 weekly sessions follow a lesson plan, starting at the basics to completing a project, so we encourage students to sign up for all three weekly sessions. However, if you can only sign up for one or two sessions, we can accommodate for that.
You will learn:
Day 1: The basics of a sewing machine, sewing equipment, types of fabrics, and measurements.
Day 2: Using and cutting patterns; Start sewing a simple product that we've designed for the class.
Day 3: Complete your product and take it home with you!
Supplies and patterns are provided.
All the proceeds from the tickets will go to support our community programs.
