✨ 3-Week Beginner Aerial Yoga Series ✨
Learn to work with the fabric—not against it—as you build confidence, strength, and ease in your aerial yoga practice.
This series is designed to introduce you to the foundations of aerial yoga: how to manipulate the hammock to support your body, deepen poses, and create either more comfort or more challenge depending on your personal goals. You’ll explore how going upside down can provide gentle spinal traction, relieve back tension, and help you feel empowered and safe while inverting. Each week intentionally builds on the last, helping you feel more at home in the silks and more aligned in your mat-based practice.
🌿 Week 1 — January 8th, 2026 Foundations (Balance + Strength)
Get familiar with the hammock as an extension of your body. Learn how to lean into fabric support, move through beginner yoga postures, and develop balance and strength with confidence.
🤸‍♀️ Week 2 — January 15th, 2026 Inversions + Skill Play (Skill-Based)
Explore accessible inversions, fun shapes, and playful movements using the hammock. Gain comfort hanging upside down, learn safe entry and exit techniques, and feel your confidence soar.
💧 Week 3 — January 22nd, 2026 Restorative Melt (Stretch + Surrender)
Settle into the silks for a deeply restorative flow. Enjoy supported stretching, long holds, gentle movement, and the calming magic of melting into the hammock for full-body release.
Whether you’re looking to relieve back pain, build strength, try something new, or elevate your current yoga practice, this series will guide you step-by-step into the beautiful world of aerial yoga.
No yoga experience necessary, but an open mind is. This is an All Levels class that offers progressions/modifications to be suitable for everyBODY. Please bring a mat and water. Please wear a shirt that covers the underarms and avoid jewelry to help keep the silks clean and snag-free. Please arrive 5- 10 minutes early to allow adequate time to size your aerial silk.
Preregistration required due to limited space. Cancellations on the day of class and no shows will be charged. (Warrior III members will be charged $20, all others will lose the visit from their pricing option.)
