Is this your first time doing acro, or you want to hone your acro basics?The six week / six session series will give you everything you need to practice acroyoga safely and level up your practice so you can join our intermediate classes.
The six-class series is taught by Bryce Hodgkinson, who has been leading acroyoga classes for 9 years.
Classes are held in a facility with soft mats. The only equipment we require you to bring is your favourite athletic clothing and water.
You're welcome to sign up with friends or by yourself!
Times: 7:30PM to 9PM, Mondays, April 13, 20, 27, May 4, 11, and 25th. Note there is no class on May 18th due to the Victoria Day Long Weekend.
