Begin Well is a Christian charity providing affordable, accessible, evidence-based antenatal courses across the South West. Our aim is to give you the very best starting blocks for family life.
Over this 6-week course we will explore caring for your baby, birth and meeting your baby, changes in relationships, and much more. In a relaxed and welcoming environment, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and connect with other parents-to-be.
The course is best attended after 28 weeks of pregnancy. Please do not book if your due date falls within the course dates.
Course Details
Tuesdays, 7:00–9:00pm
Dates: 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th June, 7th & 14th July
Please attend all sessions to gain the full benefit of the course.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE – You only need to reserve ONE ticket to admit both you and your birth partner.
To help build friendships and community, the most appropriate postcodes are EX1, EX2, EX3, EX4 & EX5. If you live outside these postcodes, please contact us and we will help you find a more suitable course.
There is no charge for the course.
