Description:

This group session is a chance to start the year by getting grounded and clear. We’ll use guided meditation to explore alignment, how your body and mind relate to the goals, vision, and direction you’re carrying into the new year. You’ll also receive ear seeds from a licensed acupuncturist. These are small seeds placed on specific acu-points of the ear to support regulation, focus, and emotional balance. It’s a gentle, non-invasive practice from Chinese medicine that you can continue using after the group. No experience needed. Just come ready to listen inward.
