Begin Again is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reset… to step into the new year with clarity, intention, and a softened, more spacious self.Through Open Floor Movement, Somatic Practices, and mindful inquiry, we’ll explore the art of beginning again — not as a single moment, but as a rhythm, a practice, a way of meeting our lives. Every breath, every step, every honest pause is a chance to return, realign, and choose how we want to be.
In this workshop, we’ll work with the truth that beginnings are always available — not only when we start a new year, but in any moment we notice ourselves and gently start over.

It’s a day to practice the subtle, powerful art of returning — again and again — to presence, to choice, to yourself.
✨Even if you joined this workshop last year, Begin Again evolves every time. Each year brings new themes, practices, and pathways into movement — and you arrive as someone new. There is always another doorway in.
No experience necessary — just bring yourself, your curiosity, and your willingness to explore.
