Each year gives us experiences that shape us — in our bodies, hearts, and minds. Begin Again is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reset… to step into the new year with clarity, intention, and a softened, more spacious self.Through Open Floor Movement, Somatic Practices, and mindful inquiry, we’ll explore the art of beginning again — not as a single moment, but as a rhythm, a practice, a way of meeting our lives. Every breath, every step, every honest pause is a chance to return, realign, and choose how we want to be.
This workshop offers a chance to slow down and listen — not only to what’s calling us forward, but also to what may be in the way. Together, we’ll gently work with patterns, habits, and inner signals that influence how we begin, allowing more choice, ease, and possibility to emerge.
In Begin Again, we’ll explore the truth that new beginnings are always available — not only at the start of a year, but in any moment we notice ourselves and choose to begin again with care.

It’s a day to practice the subtle, powerful art of returning — again and again — to presence, to choice, to yourself.
✨Even if you joined this workshop last year, Begin Again evolves every time. Each year brings new themes, practices, and pathways into movement — and you arrive as someone new. There is always another doorway in.
No experience necessary — just bring yourself, your curiosity, and your willingness to explore.
All levels welcome. Ages 18+.
