Held just before Valentine’s Day, this sound bath is an invitation to pause, soften, and gently release what the heart has been carrying — old emotions, unspoken grief, unmet expectations, and quiet exhaustion.
This is not about romantic love or grand gestures.
It’s about coming home to yourself.
Through soothing sound healing and gentle energetic support, you’ll be guided into a deeply restful state where the nervous system can unwind and the heart can reset — without forcing, fixing, or opening before it’s ready.
This evening is especially for those who:

JJ Hu --Founder of JJ Holistic Healing Arts and creator of the JJ 音养静心® Healing Method, JJ is a Reiki Master Teacher, sound healing facilitator, and mindfulness coach. With over 20 years in trauma-aware education and energy work, she offers healing experiences that are deeply nourishing, emotionally safe, and spiritually uplifting.
She is the author of , host of the " JJ, with Mindfulness Talk – A Holistic Approach to Life", meditation teacher on Insight Timer and was recently featured in a national interview on OMNI’s Mandarin Focus, where she shared her passion for mindful living and holistic healing. Her gentle, grounded presence helps clients feel safe, supported, and deeply nourished.
