Before & After
Before & After is a relaxed donut painting workshop and vinyl listening evening at the Arterial Gallery.
Guests will paint their own plaster donut sculpture — moulded from a real donut — in a workshop led by Timothy Manalo, while vinyl records shared by attendees play throughout the evening. Guests are encouraged to bring their own vinyl to play.
This gathering also marks Jo’s birthday, celebrated through making, listening, and being together!

BEFORE: Donut Painting Workshop
Info: The donut painting workshop runs from 6-9 PM and is led by Tim Manalo. The session begins with a brief introduction to the donut sculptures and materials, followed by open painting time where participants can work at their own pace. Throughout the workshop, vinyl records will play in the space. Guests are encouraged to bring and share their favourite vinyl, creating a collective listening experience alongside the painting.

AFTER: Vinyl Listening Party
Info: From 9-11 PM, guests are welcome to stay, listen to more music, and hang out together as the evening winds down. Vinyl will continue to play, creating a relaxed space to connect after the workshop.
