Let Opus Orchestra take you on a journey of discovery into one of Beethoven’s greatest works. With guest conductor Brent Stewart as your musical guide, this concert invites you to experience Beethoven’s Symphony No. 7 in a way you’ve never heard before.In the first half, Brent and the orchestra will “unwrap” the music—bringing out key themes, rhythms, and harmonies, and sharing insights into Beethoven’s ideas and emotions through music itself. After a short break where we recommend you support your regional venue by getting a nice bevvy at the bar, you’ll hear the entire symphony performed in full. With your new understanding of the music, the second half will be an unforgettable listening experience.
