A full-day welcome for all confirmed 2026 Year 9 students - designed to build confidence, connection, and a strong sense of belonging. Students will get to know key staff and student leaders, enjoy shared kai, and begin their Lakes High journey with pride.Whānau are warmly invited to attend the welcome at 9:00am with their tamariki, and are encouraged to stay for light refreshments.
In the late afternoon, we’ll be hosting a relaxed whānau BBQ - a chance to connect with other families and teachers as we come together to welcome the newest members of our Lakes High community. More info to come.
We will also be proudly announcing the recipients of the 2026 Junior Scholarships - Te Puna Rangatira.
