Edouard-Axel Moubachir trained in conducting with the American conductor Mark Shapiro at the Juilliard School in New York and the European American Musical Alliance (EAMA). In 2017 he founded and directed Ensemble Monceau. In which he is both conductor and virtuoso violin soloist.
