A Thanksgiving-Inspired Beer Dinner at Cruz Blanca
On Thursday, November 20th, Cruz Blanca Brewery invites you to Beersgiving—a five-course beer dinner dedicated to food, friends, and fiesta. Our chefs are putting a Mexican twist on Thanksgiving classics, with each course paired to perfection with small-batch ales and lagers brewed in-house.
Hosted in collaboration by Head Brewer Jacob Sembrano and Executive Chef Brian Enyart, this special evening brings together the best of Cruz Blanca’s brewing and culinary teams for a one-night-only celebration.

Welcome Course
Heirloom corn sopes filled with slow-roasted turkey, cranberry chile relish, and crispy onions — a playful nod to the traditional Thanksgiving table
First Course
A vibrant spread of guacamole made with Michoacán avocados, silky roasted pumpkin and habanero hummus, seasonal crudité, marinated olives, crispy heirloom corn tortilla chips, and wood-fired tlayuda crisps
Second Course
Seabass aguachile with smoky chipotle-cranberry, creamy avocado, toasted chia seeds, olive oil, and bright lemon zest
Third Course
Golden mashed potato flautas with avocado salsa
Arugula and beet salad with toasted almonds, goat cheese, and orange
Fourth Course
Gunthorp Farms duck three ways —
Dry-aged breast, slow-braised duck leg carnitas, and chipotle-glazed duck wings
Served with dirty wild rice with duck and mirepoix, piloncillo-glazed sweet potatoes, and charred broccoli rabe
Fifth Course
Tiramisu tres leches layered with whipped mascarpone and cocoa powder
