10:30-11:30 AM Yoga Practice with a complimentary beverage of your choice!
Your drink will be integrated into poses during the practice.
You can expect a lighthearted yoga flow for all levels-beginners welcome!
This practice will take place in the outdoor beer garden at Love City Brewing.
*in case of inclement weather, class will be moved indoors.
Socialization afterwards is highly encouraged.
