Beer For Breakfast

For ages 21 & up

Indulge your love of beer by learning to incorporate a variety of brews into this late morning feast. Working with a small team, you'll make a savory jam; discover the trick to producing tender cornmeal madeleines; perfect the art of creating a classic cheese sauce; and practice frying crispy fritters. Then you'll sit down to enjoy every bite!

Beermosas will be served with your meal.

• Porter, Bacon & Onion Jam served with Cornmeal Madeleines

• Pale Ale Marinated Sweet Potato Hash with Peppers

• Welsh Rarebit with Cheddar & Dark Ale 

• Lager Battered Apple Fritters

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
