Join us for an intimate Beer & Honey Dinner in the Saddle Room at The Suffolk Punch, featuring six-courses built around local honey, seasonal ingredients, and Suffolk Punch beer.
Hosted in partnership with , this one-night-only experience will highlight thoughtfully managed honey bee hives across North Carolina, with a unique learning component woven throughout the evening. Buddha Bee Apiary places and manages honey bee hives at homes, breweries, restaurants, and businesses across NC, helping hosts experience the bees, the education, and the honey while keeping pollinators thriving.
Each course will be crafted with local ingredients and designed to build on the flavors of the dish before it, with suggested Suffolk Punch beer and cocktail pairing recommendations offered throughout the evening. Guests will enjoy a curated six-course menu featuring honey-forward dishes like whipped ricotta crostini with honeycomb, scallop crudo with honey vinaigrette, crispy cod with hot honey, lamb with red curry, and honey panna cotta.
The evening will conclude with a special swag and gift bag giveaway!

COURSE 1
Whipped Ricotta Crostini
Creamy whipped ricotta served on toasted crostini with local honeycomb, bright lemon zest, and a finish of flaky salt.
