Jane and Gillian from Let It Bee are running this new bee-inspired workshop at the Gardens Learn how to make your own beeswax lip balms, roll pure beeswax candles, and enjoy some bee-licious refreshments.
During the first part of the workshop Jane will guide you step by step through making a naturally moisturising lip balm using local beeswax.
Then you’ll learn how to roll your own beeswax candles.
You’ll go home with 4 lovely pots of lip balm and 2 large candles ...or maybe a few smaller candles depending on how creative you get.
They make great gifts or just enjoy them yourself!
This is a fun, informal workshop. No experience needed.
There will be a maximum of 12 participants.
Suitable for anyone 16 or ove r. This is a great activity to enjoy with friends or a unique gift for someone special.
Making your lip balms can get a little messy so please bring an apron.
Cost:
£35 per person which covers the cost of all materials, equipment needed and a delicious homemade honey cake and hot drink. And, of course, all the lovely products you’ve made
