Join us for Yoga with Zaria Livingston-Smith!

This 8-week series centers rest, intuition, and community care. Through gentle movement, meditation, Gullah herbal rituals and guided conversations, participants explore ways to restore balance while building meaningful connections. This residency honors traditions of care rooted in ancestral wisdom and collective healing. Caregivers will leave with practical tools they can integrate into their daily lives.

Yoga mats provided. Bring your water bottle!
