Welcome to Bedtime Yoga at Swansea Town Hall in the heart of Bloor West Village. As a brand-new year begins and life’s demands start to build, this one-hour on a Tuesday evening in January will present you with a purposeful opportunity to choose yourself, set aside the noise of the world, and go inward.
Hello, I’m Devi. I am a Kinesiologist and Yoga Teacher. For over 10 years, I’ve guided people to experience the power of mindful movement and conscious breathing. I absolutely love helping people cultivate a state of true relaxation within their experience—the kind that, with continued practice, can transform your health, your mindset, and the quality of your relationships with yourself and others.
I invite you to join me for a candlelit hour as I lead you through a feel-good, bedtime-supportive Hatha yoga practice. I will also share some of my favourite relaxation tools and breathing exercises that you can start using every day to optimize your life and take it to the next level.
Beginners are welcome. Simply bring a friend, yourself, your breath, and a yoga mat.
Free parking at the back of Town Hall and a 6 minute walk from Runnymede subway station.
