Easter Special Bedford ADHD Support Group! We're delighted to announce that our next Adult ADHD Support Group meeting will feature a special guest: Liam Tuohy. As the UK's leading High-Performance ADHD Health & Fitness Coach and Inclusive Workplace Specialist, Liam brings a wealth of knowledge and personal experience to help us understand and navigate neurodiversity in the workplace and beyond.
