Bectu's Big Autumn Gathering 2025

Join us at the City of Westminster College, Paddington Green Campus for a day filled with learning, networking and more. This in-person event is a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow film & TV professionals and gain valuable insights. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, there's something for everyone at our Autumn Gathering. Don't miss out on this exciting event!

Ticket Types

The Big Autumn Gathering is open to everyone who works in film and TV! If you're a Bectu member, this event is free, however we do require a small deposit which is refundable on the day when you check in. Please see FAQs re: cancellations.

If you're not a Bectu a member you can buy a ticket. Students are also welcome to attend - student places are free but you'll need to bring your student ID.

Family Friendly and Accessible

We are aiming to make this event family friendly and accessible. We hope to be able to offer childcare at the event. If you are interested please book a free child ticket. We will confirm childcare with you in advance of the event. All children are also welcome to attend the sessions with their parents/carers, and there is a child play area right next to the venue. There is no food onsite, but there are many local shops and eateries.

If you have any access requirements, please indicate what these are when you check out your ticket and we will do our best to accomodate them. This venue has a lift and is wheelchair accessible. There is limited onsite parking for those with access requirements, please contact us in advance to reserve a spot.

Getting Here

There is local paid street parking in the area. We advise taking public transportation as there is no onsite parking, except for pre-booked spaces required for access.
