Bethany is the founder of the Holistic House. She is a visionary, a space holder, and nurturer, and is passionate about cultivating safe spaces for women to heal & connect deeply with themselves and with one another in community. As a guide on your holistic healing journey, she uses many different natural modalities including guided meditation, to bring you back home to your birthright, a state of pure wholeness, mind, body & soul.

Dr. Amelia is the founder of Life Boost with Amelia. She is an integrative health & life coach who uses a mind body approach, resulting in change that feels like a breath of fresh air. Dr. Amelia strongly believes that health & success should add pleasure, energy, and fulfillment to your life, not drain them.
