We’re ecstatic to present our special sound bath meditation, Becoming Supernatural!!!
Inspired by the works of Dr. Joe Dispenza, this special sound bath meditation will help grant you the opportunity to unlock the sacred wisdom within your heart.
With this sound meditation, you’ll be guided on an inward journey to re-discover your inner essence and the hidden superpowers that reside within you.
This unleashing will grant you the strength, courage, and confidence to embrace your true nature, a being of divine light and cosmic wisdom.
We’ll focus the sound bath with both the Celestial Sun Gong alongside tones, harmonies, and melodies that spark the flames of inspirations and spiritual re-ignition with us, awakening our consciousness and connecting us closer to our purpose.
Regardless of your meditation experience, our sound meditations are powerful enough to curate a transformational experience to even those new to meditation.
doTERRA essential oils are available free of charge to enhance your meditation experience with aromatherapy.
Our meditations are open to anyone with a willingness to create change in their lives and those looking to live a more fulfilled life that comes from their hearts.
Behind the Lids does offer yoga mats, blankets, pillows, and bolsters for all our attendees, so you do not need to bring your own.
If you wish to enhance your meditation experience, it is recommended to bring an eye cover or eye pillow.
You are welcome to bring anything else that would allow you to relax comfortably throughout the meditation.
