By blending the deep release of Yin, the energetic clearing of Kriya, and the stabilizing force of Pranayama, we create a pathway back to your most authentic self.

• Yin Yoga: To target the deep connective tissues and release stored physical and emotional tension.
• Kriya Yoga: To use repetitive movement and sound to break through mental "static" and stagnant energy.
• Pranayama: To regulate the nervous system, moving from "fight-or-flight" into a state of healing and clarity.
